A unique method of land clearing was recently used in Flower Mound. About 200 goats were brought to a property on Garden Ridge Blvd to help clear brush. The goats were hired by Church of the Resurrection, which is preparing to move into a new building at that location.

The goats were released on the property and got to work, with some members of the congregation watching. A few spectators even wore special shirts to mark the occasion. Further details about this unusual approach to land management are available from the Cross Timbers Gazette.
