A new parody of Infowars is being launched by The Onion, a satirical news site. The parody will be hosted on The Onion's website and will generate revenue, some of which will be given to families of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims.
The families have yet to receive over $1 billion in court-ordered payments from Alex Jones, who falsely claimed the shooting was a hoax. The Onion will initially donate $100,000 to the families from merchandise sales.
